These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Todolistr (the "app"), provided by [Company / developer legal name] ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Todolistr, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Todolistr on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play through which you downloaded the app.
2. Your content
Todolistr stores the tasks, lists, and settings you create locally on your device. You retain full ownership of that content. We don't access it, and we don't claim any rights to it.
Because your data lives on your device, we're not able to recover it for you if it's lost — for example if the app is deleted, or a device is lost, damaged, or reset without a backup. Please back up your device regularly through your operating system's built-in tools if this matters to you.
3. Subscriptions & free trial
Todolistr may offer a free trial followed by a paid subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play. Where offered, the following terms apply:

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or security
5. Disclaimer of warranties
Todolistr is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including loss of data.
